Plagiarism Software and check for copied content and remove them.

Your name and Email Address will Confirm to Adsense team New Application is from you , not a spam, or Apply by crappy bots.
7.Use Top Level Domain : Use Unique domain Name with International Domain Extensions. Attractive Domain name help to memories the web address and increases visitors .Now Google has changes to their policies for Blogger.com to Improve its quality. If your blog is host on Google Host partner (Blogger),then more chances , you will get approved quickly. You should make change in Domain Extensions from (Domain.wordpress.com , Domain.wibely.com or domain.wix.com etc.) to International Domain Extensions (.com , .co .net etc ).Google has make changes to their policies For Asian country. Google say that Your Domain must be 6 month old in Asian Country . But its is not 100 % genuine ,In my case I had approved Adsense account at 20 day Old domain Name. I am belong from Pakistan .
So Domain age does not matter more.After this case I can say that content is biggest thing for Google Adsense .

Google Adsense team more Active to prevent scam. Google allow once Adsense account with Unique payee name and detail at a time .Google match new application detail with approved Adsense account. If your details is match then, yourwill be reject.I am not 100 % sure but Google Accept up to 3-4 Application with Same IP address. Make sure your IP address was not use for Adsense application.
